What happens if I am late or have to cancel?

You are allowed a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you exceed this time, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled with the next available staff member. A same-day cancellation fee will be applied after 15 minutes. To avoid charges, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. Failure to show up without notice will result in a booking ban and a 50% no-show fee will be charged.

Online Orders

How often do you package and send out shipment?

We package and ship orders the same day if purchased before 4PM during a business day (M-F). If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday we will ship your order the following business day.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Please email us at Info@enhancedestetic.com with your concern and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours

I sent my package to the wrong address for my order, what should I do?

Immediately email Info@enhancedestetic.com with your order number and the correct address. We will try our best to catch the error before we ship out your order. If the order is packed you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Once the order is shipped you will need to call your USPS and ask for mail forwarding or local pickup.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

How long do Lash Extensions last?

Since extensions are bonded to the natural lash, they endure throughout the growth cycle, approximately six weeks. We offer two methods for applying lashes.

The standard lashes use regular lash glue and require touch-ups every 2-3 weeks. On the other hand, the LED Gel method, which uses a gel-based adhesive, is ideal for clients with sensitivities to traditional lash glue and boasts superior retention lasting up to 4 weeks before a fill is needed.

Will Lash Extensions ruin my natural lashes? Or harm my eyes?

Lash extensions alone will not ruin your lashes. Damage to the natural lashes is the result of improper application, or poor after care.

We apply lashes properly making sure your natural lashes aren't harmed.

If you choose our LED gel method, the light doesn't penetrate enough to cause any harm to your eyes or skin.

What's the difference between the lash sets?

Classic

A method where 1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash. This method is also known as 1 to 1 or 1:1. Classic lashes are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes, but want to add more length. Classic lashes look more natural.

Hybrid

A blend of classic and volume lashes will be applied, with 50% of each, to achieve a natural yet fuller look compared to classic lashes.

Volume

Volume lashes are thinner lash extensions are attached to one lash to give more dimension and texture. This provides a full lash line.

Mega Volume

Ultra thin, fluffy and glamorous! This is our most dramatic look giving you the ultimate fullness (strip) look.

Can I still wear mascara?

No, mascara or any type should be worn. Mascara will dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your eyelash extensions.

Can I still wear eyeliner?

You can wear eyeliner with eyelash extensions. The best eyeliners for lash extensions are liquid and shadow-based liners while gel and waterproof liners are the worst. Do not wear NYX eyeliners.

How long does a set of lashes take to do?

The average amount of time for a full set is 1 ½ hour to 2 ½ hours. Our estheticians are precise with their sets. Fills take about half the time of a full set.

Are your lashes oil and water proof?

All of my sets are water and oil proof! You no longer have to wait 24-48 hours to get them wet or be super cautious of wearing oil products.

When should I get a fill in?

Usually every 2-4 weeks after your last appointment. You must have 40% of lashes remaining for a fill in. If not, please book a FULL SET. If you can count how many lashes are left on your eyes you need a full set

Do you do foreign fills?

We offer foreign fills for our standard lash technique exclusively. However, for our LED gel technique, we do not work on top of existing work. Our advanced technology may not ensure that our lashes will seamlessly match the supplies or quality of work from your previous lash technician. We recommend starting anew to ensure the best results from our services.

WAX

What type of wax is used?

We only use the best hypoallergenic hard wax for Brazilian Waxes. We use hypoallergenic soft wax for clean ups, legs, brows, arms, butt-cheeks, stomach, and the back.

How long does it take for a wax?

Length varies of service provided. Brazilian waxes are 15-30 minutes and full body waxes are 45-1 hour.

Can I get wax during “the time of the month?

Yes, we just ask that you wear a tampon. Keep in mind you are more sensitive during certain times of your monthly cycle.

It's my first time. Will it hurt?

The first wax is a bit uncomfortable since the hair was never pulled out of the follicle. This discomfort isn’t unbearable. Our estheticians are gentle and have been honored with the “painless waxer” nickname.

What is a Jelly Mask?

Our Jelly mask is an aftercare must! It helps soothe, eliminating nervous tension and redness, it relieves pain, disinfects the skin as it is a natural antimicrobial, not to mention it brightens and lightens the skin. We have various options to help with different skin conditions.

Do you wax men?

Yes, but we currently don’t wax men in intimate areas.

Do you wax men/ women bald heads?

Yes, Jhay is the only esthetician who wax heads bald

What should I do before arriving at my appointment?

Gently exfoliate 24hrs before waxing. Resulting in less discomfort and removes dead skin on the outermost layers of the skin. Exfoliation helps wax stick to the hair and not the skin, minimizing the discomfort that is inherent in all waxing methods.

What is a Vajacial?

A vajacial is typically a 45 minute treatment, which includes a cleanse, exfoliant, extractions of ingrown hairs, followed by a custom mask, completed with a skin brightening serum or spot treatment. We offer 4 different vajacials.


Signature Vajacial: cleanse, exfoliant, extractions of ingrown hairs, hydrating mask. A jelly mask can be added.


Enzyme Vajacial: This vajacial helps lighten and hydrate the skin. It includes cleanse, mild enzyme exfoliant, extractions of ingrown hairs, custom jelly mask.


Oxygen Vajacial: This is a 4 step treatment that cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate with oxygen, serum and protect. It helps bring clarity to troubled skin, purifies clogged pores, supports collagen production and brightens dullness. This treatment delivers an instant, visible boost to invigorate the skin and give it a gorgeous glow. Jelly Mask can be added.


Microderm Vajacial: This vajacial is good for someone who has hyperpigmentation (discoloration), ingrown hairs and uneven skin. It includes a cleanse, microdermabrasion, extractions, and hydrating. A jelly mask can be added to this treatment.
